  • FREE Standard world wide Shipping on orders $500.

  • FREE Express Shipping to US and Canada on orders $400 and above


*We highly recommend our customers to choose express shipping to prevent any delays due to Covid-19 restrictions.*


  • Express Shipping: 2 - 4 Business Days

  • Standard Shipping:  4 - 9 Business Days 

  • (Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.)


  • Express shipping:  1 - 3 Business days (Possible delays due to Covid-19)

  • Standard shipping:  2 - 5 Business day (Possible delays due to Covid-19)



  • Express Shipping: 4 - 7 Business days

  • Standard Shipping: 6 - 15 Business days  (Possible delays due to Covid-19)

Our goal is to provide a smooth shopping experience, Stellarice ships orders every business day, Monday through Friday. That means your purchase will be in the mail within two business day after the payment is confirmed.

Tracking & Insurance

After you place your order, we will get ready and ship your package in 48 hours. You'll receive tracking information via SMS text and/or e-mail.

  • Shipments t places outside North America may require additional payment and

  • In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representative.

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Stellarice is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped. Stellarice reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. 

  • Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, Stellarice is not liable for lost packages.


Stellarice accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you have additional questions, please contact customer support via email In order to make a return, your returned items must be in perfect condition and will be subject to inspection. If the items do not pass inspection, our team can reject the return request.
